Pre-release
- If needed: Get "What's new" release notes from Product. Otherwise use "Minor updates and enhancements."
- Confirm release build was expanded to TestFlight external testers group, with no major issues
- If needed: File subtask for smoke tests and notify TSG with release candidate build number
- If needed: Review Regression testing report, triage bugs, and identify any blockers
Day of submit
- If needed: Translate "What's new" release notes via Google Translate, copy & paste into each App Store language, otherwise paste "Minor updates and enhancements" translations from release document.
- Install previous (active) App Store version, then update to release candidate via TestFlight and verify app load
- Submit release candidate on App Store Connect for App Store review with automatic release disabled
