Steps to reproduce

  1. Change device calendar to Japanese (iOS Settings > General > Language and Region > Calendar
  2. Install app and On This Day widget

Expected results

On this day Explore card and widget shows incorrect relative "years ago" dates

For Buddhist calendar, it looks like the date calculations are suppressed. One solution could be to suppress the calculations for the Japanese calendar.
