Related to discussions in T372280: Enable trusted global editors to configure Automoderator on small wikis and T372413: [SPIKE] How could we enable Automoderator on small wikis, for configuration by Stewards?[16H]: it would be nice if we could coordinate deployment of AutoModerator alongside rollout of temporary accounts to pilot wikis. We aim to do a first deployment to pilot wiki in late October. Would it be possible to enable AutoModerator on these wikis, so we can see how effective it is in mitigating bad edits from temporary accounts?

Discussed this with @Samwalton9-WMF on Slack. Based on our draft list, coordinating the pilot wiki release with Automoderator deployment may be possible.

@Samwalton9-WMF picking up this thread again--what would be needed to have AutoModerator in place for the pilot wikis (list is here T340001), to help deal with temporary account related vandalism/abuse?

We're happy for any wiki to request Automoderator deployment now - the steps are outlined at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:AutoModerator/Deploying.
