Description

Based on T338432: Prepare the cxserver for usage without RESTbase, using cxserver via RESTBase is not going to be supported in the future.

The RESTBaseWebService adds support for cxserver proxied through RESTBase. It might be worth reviewing whether we need this translation web service at all considering we already have a separate CX web service.
