Antonin Delpeuch (@Pintoch) has been nominated to join the Toolforge standards committee. Committee membership requires signing the Volunteer NDA because in the course of their duties they may have access to unpublished and/or unlicensed source code as well as log files and credentials associated with tools and bots that they did not author. "Privileged Phabricator access" is the Volunteer NDA sub-type explicitly needed.

The next step on https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Volunteer_NDA seems to be "After that, ask in the Phabricator task to make you a member of the WMF-NDA project." Please make @Pintoch a member of the WMF-NDA project.
Per previous comment I was about to add Pintoch to WMF-NDA but then realized that instructions on https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Volunteer_NDA don't make sense (that project link must have been a link to WMF-NDA-Requests before, when L2 was still used and access to L2 required project membership, but in the meantime L2 got retired in T363009 after sorting out T349595).
So I removed that bullet point, as it is also correctly listed as the final item.
So in my understanding, next step would be sending "an email to follow through the process with the Legal team". Which currently lacks instructions where exactly to send it. @KFrancis: Would you maybe know, so we can update the list of steps on https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Volunteer_NDA ? Thanks in advance!
While we're cleaning up the process we should get someone to remove the bullet point "* Get sign off by a C-level staff of the Wikimedia Foundation". That hasn't actually been done in years.
Because there isn't a specific inbox for NDA requests, in the past, we've used contracts@wikimedia.org. You may direct them there. You can also direct NDA requests via this portal to me as I will be the one processing them.
