Background
With this task T372343: [M] Locally track Native ApplePay donation events we are beginning to track donation history locally on the user's device. If donation history is stored, they will have an option in settings to Clear donation history.

If we continue to lean on this local tracking, and want to leverage it further throughout the app, we could improve this donation history view to include a list of donations with amount, that the user can view. If the user has not donated, the empty state could be leveraged with a CTA to donate.

Task

• Create designs for Donation History view and Empty state

Requirements:

• Update the "Clear donation history" option in Profile/Settings to be a list of donations with amounts and dates
• User can clear all donation history
• If a user has no donation history, an empty state with a Donation CTA is shown
