When I unrequest oversight, it does not un-hide the post automatically hidden by "request oversight". The presumption should be to unhide.

I am having second thoughts about this feature request. What if the post had been previously hidden for good reasons? It would not be a good idea to automatically unhide it. So I think it would be best to hold off on this request for now. Once we take care of all the high priority features, we can revisit this at a later date. For that reason, I have moved it to phase 2. Thanks.
