Description

The hook added in T374850 should be handled by the CheckUser extension to provide IP addresses to be retroactively globally autoblocked.

Acceptance criteria
  • Handle the GlobalBlockingGetRetroactiveAutoblockIPs hook in CheckUser which gets the last used IP address(es) from the cuci_user table
