I unfortunately have the same information as you from reading the wiki at this point. I do have an idea of someone at the Wikimedia Foundation to ask for help if things are still hanging out in limbo next week.
@KFrancis has typically been the person managing volunteer NDAs.
It feels like some team (SRE clinic duty?) should have processed this ticket but it somehow escaped their attention.
