Description

The populateCentralCheckUserIndexTables.php script added in T371789 needs to be run on all WMF wikis so that the cuci_user and cuci_temp_edit tables can be fully populated with existing CheckUser data. This is so that the features which build on top of the central index tables have all data in the table for the last 90 days, and don't have to wait 3 months for the data to be slowly populated.

Acceptance criteria

Run populateCentralCheckUserIndexTables.php on all WMF wikis
