This environment will not be used at all. We have our beta environment.

I invite you to talk to other community members, specially those involved with the components/software you are interested in, and figure out what resources from Wikimedia Cloud Services (if any) you need for them.

Any Wikimedia Cloud Services request (Cloud VPS, Toolforge, etc) with community agreement (or without any community member raising concerns) will most likely be valid.

I want to host an wiki in Cloud VPS that's why I'm asking.

We generally do not grant Cloud VPS projects for single user development use (basically "laptop in the cloud"). Wikis could be hosted if their main purpose is technical development and if it involves technical community collaboration (not a single person).
