  • What: Plot edit abandonment rate for anonymous IP editors, temp accounts, regular accounts
  • Why:
    • Make it easy to see if there is a spike/drop in temp account editing
    • Make it easy to see if there is a spike/drop in temp account editing relative to regular accounts

@Niharika I propose we track this in the Superset dashboard, as the edit attempt step instrumentation code is fairly complex and already flows through the event logging system (see e.g. T332438: Centralize EditAttemptStep logging code in WikimediaEvents). If you agree, then this task should be rewritten and assigned to @jwang to add a relevant panel on the Superset dashboard.
