Description

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

attempt to use Sabinet journals on WPL, clicking through access button

What happens?:

doesn't redirect through the proxy, just redirects to the normal site
is therefore unusable

What should have happened instead?:

should have gone through the proxy and been usable

Software version (on Special:Version page; skip for WMF-hosted wikis like Wikipedia):

Hmm, this is one of a few resources (e.g. T322974#10164486) which currently redirects users to the non-proxied site with ?skip=true - any idea what might be causing this @jsn.sherman? If it's just expired access we can sort that out, but the 'skip' behaviour isn't one I've seen before.
