Changed the title, because it affects not only UploadWizard.

These strings appear in resources/jquery.ui/i18n/jquery.ui.datepicker-fa.js .

Krinkle, is this localization specific to MediaWiki or can this be fixed upstream in jQuery?

Updated. I understand that 'ش' is 'shenbe', but what could 'ق' stand for?

Also, i'm not sure that the Persians month names will actually be used, because it seems that they are not completely implemented.

I changed ق to ش in Github. It still has to be reviewed and merged.

I may change the month names later. They do not seem to be used in MediaWiki anyway.
