Description

In the usability test (T373123) there were a few instances where users assigned a randomly chosen free license under “not own work” when they were not sure what license the work was published under. Adding “I don’t know” option among the list of license proved to be a good addition at allowing people to indicate the correct information (i.e. they don't know) rather than choosing a random license.

Add "I don't know" option as shown in the UI
Upon selection, show the warning to the user as shown in the UI
Flag this selection with the same template we currently use for other instances of "I don't know" in the not-own-work flow.
