Description

For the TempAccount rollout, @TAndic has raised the question of how the new user type will affect CentralNotice. CentralNotice allows targeting by logged and/or anonymous users.

Will this feature need to be updated for TempAccounts? Presumably a question for Campaigns team?
Confirm that Research's expectations/needs are met with the planned update.

Ah, it looks like Fundraising Tech already decided on and resolved this! T326943#9184963 They switched isAnon() to isNamed().

Great - thank you @TAndic. I am closing this as resolved as this means it will work same as before which should fine for Research.
