The all-in-one tool enables admins to take an array of mass-actions on a specific user. One of the useful features it provides is both blocking a user and deleting all their pages in one click. We have feature requests for linking the block and nuke pages (T364225, T34179), but could also just add a checkbox option in Nuke to block the user directly at the same time as deleting their pages.
