• (Editor 1) uses "Subscribe" on a section in [[User talk:Pagename]]
• (Editor 2) adds {{User talk:Pagename}} on any unrelated pagename
• (Editor 2) removes the transclusion.

What happens?:
Editor 1 will get a notification about "Section was removed from a page you followed"

What should have happened instead?:
There should have been no notification
