PAWS replace doesn't work any more

Description

I have used PAWS often and successfully like this:

pwb.py replace -ns:0 -lang:de -weblink:"https://www.wikipdia.org/" -summary:"x" -regex "y" "z" -simulate

But now, after having paused for some months, replacing doesn't work.
The execution does nothing and stops with the following message:

"Execution time:
Script terminated successfully."

When logging in, on page https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:MergeAccount, it was said: Login unification complete! So I thought everything should be fine. Maybe there is a connection with https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T376267 ?

What has happened? Do I have to install a new version? Is it a problem of access rights?

The environment works fine. "Execution time:
Script terminated successfully." means that the search didn't find anything, which is correct in my examples. I just had to learn again what I forgot after months.
