To allow teams to deploy and manage services they own on Lift Wing we can assign permissions to groups for specific namespaces
What I originally had in mind is the following:

• one or more team members are part of a unix group TEAM_A
• Create a role that has permissions to edit/deploy on one or more namespaces and then we bind the Role to the aforementioned group.
