- Leila indicated that she will be making some decisions over the course of November and that December is hopefully when we will have a clearer set of dates and can begin to recruit reviewers etc.

I declined this task after talking with Isaac about it last week. The TL;DR is that because we are launching the Research Fund later than usual and Isaac has already committed to work on Wiki Workshop and WikiNLP fronts, we are making adjustments on the Research Fund end to not rely on technical chairs. Instead, we are introducing a different review process.
