Doing admin maintenance I have checked a deleted image, which was uploaded to commons by [[user:Will Bonela]], checked the image, then checked the talk page, where the user got the license warning, nothing special; checked the user page, and it's non existent, nothing special.
So I started to reply to the original requestor and luckily included a link to the said talk page, which showed as striked out, to my surprise. Went to the user page again, and talk page again, nothing. Searched to logs, nothing. Block log: nothing. I was puzzled, you can imagine, as my helper popped up on the link lookup that "the user is globally locked", but there was no visible indication of that.

Then I realised the word "globally", and started to search, and indeed, when I entered "User Contributions" (still on Commons) then I got the red box about the lock and the link.

So, Commons user and talk page completely missing the global lock warning, which may not be intentional or expected.
