I have the same problem, it shows I am signed in but the site tells me the Wikipedia account does not have a subscription. I use a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, Firefox via Google Play Store, although it doesn't seem to be a browser issue. I included screenshots that demonstrate.

I have the same issue on my laptop, where I'm logged into the Wikipedia Library but some encyclopedia articles are locked. This has been the case for at least a few months. Thanks @Kgraessle. Yes, we are trying to get in touch with them but it has not moved forward really. I will keep trying and update here as soon as I hear from them.
