We will document the process for organizing Wiki Workshop, with the goal that anyone can easily execute on the documented process for future organizing of this event.
For Q2:
- Finalize and create a template for the Wiki Workshop Execution Plan so it is clear what the tasks are for organizing the workshop, who's responsible, and where to find more info.
- Create templates for all relevant documents which repeat from year to year (and are linked in the execution plan)
- Organize all templates in a proper Google Drive folder
- Start gathering and organizing the PC and author information from previous years into one central documentation
