User story & summary:

As a new editor who has received an Structured Tasks Edit Suggestion, I want to be able to opt out of suggestions, because I'm not interested.

Growth team project page: Constructive activation experimentation

We may want to consider outlining two different options that vary in technical complexity:

An "alpha release" approach that is simple to implement: can we skip the Opt out for the initial targeted alpha release?
A "MVP release" approach that provides a clear opt out

Given I've received an Edit Suggestion in an Article,
When I tap on the explanation,
Then there is guidance on how to opt out

@Michael brought up the point that we should likely also respect the task type opt-out from the homepage. For example, the "Add links..." task is selected by default, but if I unselect it, then we should respect that preference. Do you agree?

(I don't think designs are needed for this, but we should likely make this clear in the task specs when we create the follow-up engineering task for this work).

That experiment has concluded with it not having the desired effect, and the feature has been removed, see T397515.
