• On an active deployment server, in a deploy repository, run scap deploy --init

What happens?:
A reason for the deployment is requested, or enter for none

What should have happened instead?:
No prompt should appear, given there is no actual deployment happening.
This is particularly important because this breaks using the command in a script without a terminal (like via puppet).
