Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

1. Start vanilla AutoWikiBrowser 6.3.1.1
2. Connect to uk.wikipedia.org
3. Add 108-ма окрема бригада територіальної оборони (Україна) to the list of articles to be processed
4. Check Apply general fixes is On
5. On the skip tab, turn off "Only genfixes"
6. Click Start in Start

What happens?:

What should have happened instead?:
