Description

Currently, texvc uses the menclose element, which is not supported by Google Chrome, to represent some matrices. Determine if there is a way to represent matrix elements without menclose

At https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Math/Native_MathML/Reported_Cases#New_cases_as_of_Aug_2025 the lines are missing in the Math Client SVG mode. Using a chromium based browser.

In FireFox the MathML mode has no space between the border and the content.
