Description

After https://gitlab.wikimedia.org/repos/qte/catalyst/ci-charts/-/merge_requests/29, some wikitext passed in will not get rendered correctly, especially with quotes, due to shell stripping out quotes. We should find a way to do this "correctly." The focus is not so much on security, but correctness of rendering.
