You'll be able to set this yourself in the configuration! At [[Special:CommunityConfiguration/AutoModerator]] you can change the threshold before or after you turn it on.

We should consider translating the new strings added with T370795, T375056, and T372476 as part of the deployment.

I have activated this tool for the Vietnamese Wikipedia. The community's evaluation log is recorded here: vi:User:Plantaest/Automoderator. Thank you and your team for supporting our community over the past time.

There is a small issue: during the tool evaluation process, I noticed that if the parameter nosummary=true is included in the preload link, the editor interface does not display the title section. There are three instances where nosummary=true is used, as seen here: mw:Extension:AutoModerator/Deploying (the two boxes Syntax for the user page and Syntax for the reporting page (with a preload)). Therefore, I have removed them.
