Background

As a result of T377977: Update interactive styles of components: phase 1, the interactive styles of Radio are updated. To achieve the desired colors throughout interactive states, background-color tokens are being used on border-color properties, therefore wrongfully using application tokens. This is happening specifically in the selected Radio, where the "background" of the Radio is built using border and the "dot" is using the background.
