Project #1 - “Identify key stakeholders and Explore potential improvements to the current metrics reporting process and visualizations”
- Identify individuals/teams at the Foundation that engage with high-level metrics and those who would like more opportunities to use it more often in their work (Example - Leadership, language-inclusion-focus team, movement-communications team etc. ). Listen to what they really care about.
- Understand the problem and your audience, what their questions are - “Solutions do not have value, the problems do. Only the right solution provides value”.
- Form a focus group, or do a retrospective to
- Discuss accessibility of high-level metrics (Slack updates, commons uploads, Superset etc.)
- Understand what's been working well and what can be improved.
- Curate a backlog of improvements to consider for prioritization
