Aim

We'd like Legal to review the proposed copy for the temp accounts onboarding dialog that admins and patrollers will see.

Background

The onboarding dialog will appear to logged-in users who meet IP Info/IP Reveal access requirements. These users will see 3 steps that explain what a temporary account is, how to view IP information (including enabling the feature in the dialog), and how to reveal an IP address.
