Description

As a user, I want to a way to explore details on Changelog items.

A link to the actual change on Github would be a simple way to provide further context.

Current Situation:

Changelogs only include the PR / commit title

Goal:

Add a link to the actual change on Github using NX config

Acceptance Criteria:

Future changelog items contain links to actual changes on Github

This bit of the documentation is a bit buried, and easy to miss.
