Screenshot of failed upload.

UploadWizard is currently preventing upload of files despite the entered WikiText being valid and containing a license.

In this case, it may be because "{{Wikipedia screenshot}}" (which contains mention of the relevant licenses) is not listed as copyright tag: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Copyright_tags

Please update the wizard to accept this as valid.

Could this just as easily be solved by adding that category to the list of copyright tags?

This is caused by the fact that {{Wikipedia screenshot}} is a redirect

The other bug has a patch attached to it - I had to rewrite whole swaths of that patch in order to make it work like it should have been working the whole time, but I welcome code review.
