Better thread handling for Znuny

Description

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

  • open a VRT ticket with many replies (e.g. this one)

What happens?: Znuny's thread handling, which inserts > for the previous message, generates unnecessary lines and forces the user to scroll a lot to reach the end of the email body. In the case of the linked example, the end looks like the screenshot provided below (the censored parts are words belonging to the same email; each colour indicates a separately arranged sentence)

What should have happened instead?: the replies should be somehow better arranged

Event Timeline

Quotes with a level of 10 or above should not happen in first place. If case is difficult, summarise it. If parts of the case are resolved, remove them from the quote. If both side have threaded clients, which should be 99% of cases, quotes are courtesy only, and can be cut at any time.

I think this is a non-issue.
