I remember these tags were removed from the create task URL in video2commons repo (cc @Aklapper)
Note we may be deprecating the server-side upload queue as it's largely unmaintained and results in people waiting months for nothing to happen. I'd recommend trying to upload the files yourself with UploadWizard first; if you encounter any problems please report as specifically as possible any failures or errors you encounter so we can try to track them down and fix them.
I've gone ahead and made one at T391469 -- comments welcome there. I'll tag the specific uploader bugs I'm trying to fix as well when I get a chance.
I'm also setting up a task for upload fixes to make it more reliable to upload one's own files in the 4-5GB range: T391473
Bulk closing aged V2C requests, unfortunately the versions created by V2C have been accidently lost and can no longer be processed ( T378451#10725665).
You can reattempt uploads at commons via the UploadWizard (which supports files up to 5GB) or Chunked uploading. You can also reattempt via V2C,If it fails and requests a manual Server-side-upload-request, please note that this queue has no dedicated owners within the WMF teams so there is no service-level guarantee on this queue will be actioned in a timely matter.
