For quite a long time, recent articles created on ur-wiki start immediately appearing on search engines such as Google, despite not having been marked as patrolled. It is problematic because it pushes promotional/and similar pages to search engines as quickly as possible.

The default of no-indexing until 90+ days does not appear to be respected here. User-page indexing is also an issue. I'd appreciate if the technicals folks here can help with this. Glad to help if any community consensus is required.
