OOjs Router has been merged into MediaWiki core, and the OOjs Router JSDuck site on doc.wikimedia.org has been replaced with docs inside MediaWiki core. This task is for some docs-related cleanup related to this change.

To do:

• Remove the OOjs Router JSDuck site from doc.wikimedia.org
• Remove OOjs Router from the doc.wikimedia.org homepage

Open questions:

• Do the JSDuck config files in the original repo need to be deleted?
