Description

Current Situation:

we require users to set up three hostnames to host mediawiki/wikibase, wdqs-frontend and quickstatements

Goal:

use only one hostname, and serve WDQS frontend and quickstatements from sub directories, just like cloud does it

Acceptance Criteria:

WDQS frontend is served from /query
quickstatements is served from /tools/quickstatements
