Kristie had these notes re: the Annual Recurring Thank You receipt
- The TY email itself will work as receipt, at least for the first installment.
- Instead of sending Annual recurring donors a receipt in January, it would make more sense to send the receipt each year on the day it processes, esp. as we can only refund up to 90 days after the donation processes - we may get refund requests for an annual donation that processed in June and can't process it.
Team needs to change in the first TY confirmation email the date on which the donation will be debited, rather than just 'once a year'
Also needs to remove these group from the January receipts and change the set up to receive a TY receipt yearly when debited.
