Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

• Go to https://ia-upload.wmcloud.org/
• Tell it to log into Commons
• Put ''cl_000005'' (with five zeroes) for "ID of the file on Internet Archive:"
• Put anything you like for "File name on Commons"
• Click "Get metadata".

What happens?:

• "'cl_000005' is not a valid Internet Archive identifier"

What should have happened instead?:

• Details of https://archive.org/details/cl_000005/ should have been fetched

This happens with every ID I've tried.
