Some users on Phabricator don't always do the development work themselves. Some triage and do cleanup work which would otherwise go unnoticed since TC only picks up on creations and closures. There should be a way to emphasize contributions by "gnomes" in TC. This probably first needs some research to see if we're able to get that sort of information from Phabricator, and then a way to display it (maybe the same thing as with Gerrit where there's a heatmap?)
