Background

Our legal team has requested some additional filtering prior to launching the summary experiment

User story

As a product team, we want to be able to complete all legal requirements so that we can launch our summary experiment

Requirements

Filter current list according to the list available in the doc: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1kprD57-2yeNJsSiKkHfRZjf3DR8QItS68z8YFZtsX2g/edit?tab=t.0
Generate 1000 additional summaries filtered for: all humans, the list available in the doc
