Description

There's currently no project for tasks like T379859, T379988, T370434, T121979, T44807, and more generally the logic in MediaWikiTitleCodec.php that parses titles, other than MediaWiki-General . There probably should be one, to make them easier to find.

Suggested names: #mediawiki-title (too vague?) #mediawiki-title-codec, #mediawiki-title-normalization
