On deployment-deploy04.deployment-prep scap sync-world is regularly executed by Jenkins. Whenever that runs the system becomes I/O bound because it cannot hold the working set in memory due to the small RAM size (4GB).

I am going to resize deployment-deploy04 from g4.cores2.ram4.disk20 to g4.cores4.ram8.disk20 to see how much that helps. The extra CPU will be helpful too.
