Can you show the on-wiki discussion regarding this (and the need for it) and some information about the arbcom of zhwiki? Thanks!

The consensus for establishing an ArbCom was obtained in this RfC a year ago, with the first elections concluding two days ago. The local discussion led to consensus for creating a private wiki and mailing list for coordination was here. This is the main page for zhwiki ArbCom.

Creating new wikis specially, special ones such as this, is quite a lot of work. We are also in year-end code freeze.

I am not sure about the url, I referenced to T262812: Create private arbcom-ru wiki and arbcom-en.wikipedia.org when filling the form.

We decided to change the pattern. It shouldn't be a subdomain of wikipedia.org anymore. It's reserved for content projects.
