Draft a workload, budget, for a first Indian freelance.

Hello Xavier,

I would recommend to push for a first test Indian freelance focused on a first batch of lightweight tasks, for a sum of about 5 working days. This would allow to move forward.

Hello @Pushkar7077,
Could you also share some time-spent assessment for this project in the Actual column ? It's an honest question, I want to compare our initial workload assessment with actual time spent. I suspect I didn't accounted for "clarification chats time" like today (+6hours ?), Xavier meetups (+3x1 hours), administrative emails ( 1~2 hours). I need to get better at assessing project workload.
