Similar as to how you can search for reports answered by a specific editor using https://copypatrol.wmcloud.org/en?filter=reviewed&filterUser=, it should be possible to search for editors whose edits get marked at CopyPatrol.

Use case(s) :
You can see how often someone's edits have been marked, which can be helpful in detecting editors who often add copyrighted text or editors who know how copyright works and add attributed text that gets picked up.

Benefits (why should this be implemented?):

• Helps identify editors who can be put on UserIgnoreList, decreasing overall reports
