Description

In T376667#10319999, we learned the color we specified for the vertical border that appears next to Edit Checks within the content area has changed.

This is a result to a change in the color tokens within the Design System, which the Edit Check UI Framework depends on.

This task involves the work of deciding whether we will:

Option #1: Keep the color as-is
Option #2: Propose an upstream change to reinstate the color we had been using
Option #3: TBD
